Natalie Parker, LPC Founder | Clinician

"I guide clients through the healing process by providing the tools needed to connect with yourself, your body, and the world around you. Through therapy, I believe it is possible to improve your self-esteem, grow interpersonal relationships, and end negative thought patterns. I am passionate about providing an accessible therapy experience by operating from a trauma-informed and multicultural lens and I utilize empathy, humor, and curiosity to connect with clients on a genuine, human level."

In her free time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her friends, family and golden retriever, participating in all the outdoor adventures Colorado has to offer, and staying active through yoga and running.

Zachary Walker, LPCC Clinician

"I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) specializing in CBT, DBT, and creativity-based interventions for adolescents and adults. I offer a strengths-based, neuro-affirming approach, supporting clients through substance use recovery and the unique challenges of neurodivergence. By blending evidence-based techniques with creative expression, I help individuals move beyond traditional talk therapy to unlock their innate resilience."

Outside of therapy, Zachary stays grounded by spending time with his family, watching hockey, and gaming. He is committed to providing a dynamic, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to build a life that reflects their personal values and strengths.

Rana Kark, LPCC Clinician

"I came to therapy later in life, inspired by my own path of growth and the belief that change is always possible. I use many modalities including DBT, emotion-focused, and client centered approaches to create a warm, supportive space. I especially enjoy working with women 40+, but also have experience helping couples and families navigate life’s challenges."

Outside work, Rana loves pilates, dog walks, farmers markets, exploring neighborhoods, and volunteering in her community.

Name

Nicole Alipour, LPCC Clinician

"As a therapist, my primary goal is to build a connection with you, creating a safe and welcoming space where you can freely express yourself. I believe that the foundation of our work together lies in the trust and understanding we cultivate in our client-therapist relationship. My approach revolves around exploring your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences, both past and present. By gaining a comprehensive understanding of your unique journey, we can uncover what might be holding you back or causing you distress. I'm passionate about blending mindfulness and grounding techniques with evidence-based practices. This combination allows us to delve deep while also grounding our work in practicality and effectiveness. Together, we'll begin a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Whether you're struggling with personal challenges, seeking greater self-awareness, or needing a listening ear, I'm here to accompany you every step of the way."

Name

Alexandra Vargas, LPCC Clinician

"My clinical background includes developmental psychology and addiction treatment. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), somatic awareness, motivational interviewing, and parts work with a holistic, transpersonal perspective. As a member of both the neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ communities, I strive to create a space where clients can show up authentically and feel seen, understood, and supported."

"I also have a deep appreciation for nature-based healing, spirituality, and contemplative practices. Whether clients are navigating anxiety, addiction, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, or a desire for deeper self-understanding, I believe therapy can be a space to reconnect with inner wisdom, cultivate resilience, and move toward a more meaningful and authentic life."
